Experienced Assistant in Audit Department
Responsibilities include:
Be responsible for the preparation of develop an understanding of the audit approach, methodology & tools
Establish working relationships with client personnel
Perform analytical review of audit documents
Review client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control
Identify accounting and auditing issues; perform research to solve issues that arise
Prepare financial statement reports and documentation supporting audit opinions
Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency
Demonstrate ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines
Job Requirements:
1 or 2 years of Relevant experience with an international audit firm
Master degree preferably in Accounting or Economics;
Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani and English;
High analytical skills;
Ability to work as part of a team with professionals at all levels;
Willingness to travel for out–of–town engagements.

Ability to divide your time between work and study
Meticulous attention to detail
Numeracy and a strong aptitude for mathematics
Excellent problem-solving skills
A keen interest in the financial system
Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Strong IT skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills
