Work days & hours: Monday - Friday; 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Reports to: Commercial Director

Term of employment:  long-term with first 3 month probation period (paid)

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with the current business clients;
• Proactively searching new clients on Azerbaijan or international market;
• Determining target market and customers;
• Taking part in identifying clients’ demands and preparing commercial proposals accordingly;
• Attracting new customers and signing new agreements;
• Communicate the desires of clients to other members of a project team;
• Tracking relevant tenders;
• Preparing/making presentations for potential clients;
• Preparing periodic sales reports for management;
• Tracking client satisfaction;
• Preparing project agreements;
• Identifying the further needs of existing customers and increasing number of services/products;
• Ensuring formal and informal contact with customers;
• Implementing sales plan with new and existing customers;
• Creating and updating client databases;
• Create client profiles and save full information in CRM;
• Other activities required by sales process;

Required qualifications:

• Higher education (BA or MA in marketing/sales, education in abroad would be an advantage, but not mandatory); 
• Minimum 1 year work experience in corporate sales;
• Experience in  marketing/market research is a plus;
• Excellent written skills in Azeri, English and Russian;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills inAzeri, English and Russian;
• Excellent computer skills (MS office);

• Ability to work independently within a given broad line framework;
• Good sales and negotiation skills;
