PRODUCT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Main Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics, Engineering departments of universities (Master’s Degree in Marketing Management or related fields is an asset),
• Product development / management experience in a multinational company,
• Good knowledge of economics, sales and marketing techniques,
• Exhibits good communication skills and can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally,
• Enthusiastic and motivated to create new ideas,
• Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical thinking skills
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English,
• Advanced in MS Office applications,

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Analyzes inputs coming from market research results, sales team, dealers, CBS and call center reports
• Provides support in developing and implementing marketing strategies based on the results of analysis to acquire and retain the players,
• Follows up the competitors’ strategies and plans, revise the action plan if necessary to meet the predefined targets,
• To be responsible for market share and brand awareness targets and develop new projects in coordination with Marketing Communications to increase revenue,
• Manages market research activities to better understand customer needs,
• Manages and coordinates call center activities with other departments, and provides training to Call Center agencies about new games,
• Prepares periodical monthly marketing activity and product reports,
• Provides support in preparation of AOP and Product Management Budget process as well as in consolidation of other Sales and Marketing department budgets,
• Contributes to development of new projects to increase other income and manages the operations of those projects,
• Supports the analysis of new possible oversee investment in Product Development point of view.
