Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC is announcing a vacancy of Web Programmer / Software Developer (Leading IT/MIS Specialist).

We are looking for a creative Web Programmer / Software Developer with good coding skills to join our IT/MIS team.
As one of the key members of the IT/MIS team, you will primarily develop House Web Applications for corporate web (intranet) resources with integration of CBS Temenos T24.

Work location will be at the Head Office of AzerCredit in the center of Baku city.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Object-oriented analysis, design and programming, especially as web programmer, for internal web projects, House applications;
• Design and develop corporative website ensuring strong optimization and functionality;
• Programming in PHP, JavaScript, SQL and in combinations of languages (for instance – AJAX);
• Work with various database systems, especially MySQL and MS SQL;
• Analyze, review and modify web systems by designing, maintaining, documenting, testing, developing and monitoring;
• Assist in IT/MIS administration, managing user support and consulting, training users on IT/MIS systems;
• Participate in implementation of IT/MIS projects for Baku and regional branches;
• Fulfill other duties as given by the Head of IT/MIS Department and the Management Board;
• Understanding and supporting Company philosophy and objectives;
• Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor and work unceasingly to enable AzerCredit to meet its goal;
• Conducting all activities in compliance with AzerCredit policies and procedures.
Required Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Higher educational degree;
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
• In depth knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML and XHTML
• Good knowledge MySQL, MS SQL, knowledge of other databases (Client-Server) as an advantage;
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Applications, VBA, ODBC;
• Linux OS’s knowledge, experience with CentOS would be an advantage;
• Experience in financial industry as an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to travel locally to attend IT events and participate in various trainings as required;
• Fluency in Azeri and English (both written and spoken), fluency in Russian is desirable;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure;
• Good interpersonal, teamwork skills;
• Loyalty towards the mission of the organization.
