JOB TITLE: Cost Control Engineer
Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent).
Job Responsibilities:
• Report to the Project Manager / Project Control Manager on a routine basis.
• Work within standard project control procedures.
• Liaise with internal project personnel or local suppliers as necessary
• Obtain the latest information pertinent to cost analysis and ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
• Attending meetings concerning cost matters
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance all cost data registers
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly cost reports with supporting narratives
• Prepare monthly man-hour reports for review.
• Liaise with Accounting Department cost and billing information
Job Requirement:
• Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project controls or general management
• Good coordination, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive
• Possess good interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication skills
• Flexible approach and able to work under pressure
