POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER

Principal duties and responsibilities:

Create work breakdown structure
Identify customer requirements
Long term planning and resource allocation
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
Manage all project activities: design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, delivery
Provide service support to customers throughout the life of the project
Manage project cost
Monitor and control overall project performance to address deviations from plan

The Employee undertakes to perform the following job duties:

Daily coordinate with Feild Servise Engineers
Daily coordinatation of planned work scope with RR and customer
Weekly Items of Interest Reports
Review and publish offshore weekly reports
Monthly Resource Plan Review Meetings
Monthly Project Review Meetings
Quarterly Customer Performance Reveiw Meetings
Quarterly Offshore Site visits.

Qualifications:

5-10 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
3-5 years of Project Management Experience
Bachelor of Science degree in related field
Leadership, communication skills and the ability to interact at a high level is essential.
Project Management in Context, Planning the Strategy, Executing the Strategy
Familiarity with rotating equipment
Fluent in written and spoken English

This is an office based employee, package includes:
 
- net salary between 2500-3000 AZN;
- lunch provided;
- transport provided from pick up points to/from work and subject to review upon change of office location;
- fitness membership @ 75% company paid
- 4% workplace index applies to fixed salary, and subject to review upon results of workplace attestation;
- paid leave per annum - 30 calendar days +statutory additions;
- family health insurance (spouse and children).
