HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Main Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably from Business Administration, Psychology, or Sociology departments of universities,
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably within a multinational environment ,
• Knowledge of applicable Azerbaijan Laws and regulations and best practices regarding this field,
• Exhibits good communication skills and can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally,
• Strong problem solving, process management  and negotiation skills,
• Tentative to details and can deal with ambiguity,
• Knowledge and experience of SAP (preferably),
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English,  (preferably) good knowledge of Turkish,
• Advanced in MS Office applications.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Carry out the total recruitment process for open positions,
• Ensure the effectiveness of recruitment and selection processes through effective and efficient selection tools and channels,
• Develop and implement orientation program continuously and coordinate orientation training for new comers,
• Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities,
• Evaluate training effectiveness,
• Participate in all steps of organizational design process, prepare and update the organization charts, prepare monthly headcount reports, maintain internal database files and prepare internal custom reports to meet the requirements of the organization (CV Database, candidates interview database, , headcount files, organization charts, Recruitment Reports)
• Liaise with Headquarter HR Team in order to ensure and implementation of new HR projects,
• Work closely with Payroll Specialist to provide controlling the payroll, termination, 3rd Month and contract end evaluation process and ensuring its continuous operation in accordance with Labour Law,
• Guide employees for planning, developing and monitoring effective performance management and career development systems,
• Perform and reports the results of Employee Engagement Survey, take necessary actions in development areas,
• Work through achievement of employee oriented company culture that is driven by quality, performance and improvement,
• In charge of internal communication, team events and social responsibility projects that would increase employee satisfaction, organizes social activities when required,
• Maintain the relationships with third parties (Recruitment Agencies, Job Boarding Companies, Universities etc) to enhance the reputation and image of the company
• Notify and follow up the new comer’s vehicle, notebook,  mobile phone  needs to relevant department
• Execute all matters pertaining to personnel for hiring and exit process of employees and maintains and updates personnel files,
• Prepare work and residency permit documents and follows up with the legal parties
• Contribute in strengthening the corporate culture, values and employee engagement by establishing corporate communication activities.
