Construction Project Manager
Key job functions include:
• Responsible for fulfilling the administrative duties of projects including, providing field oversight and assistance, preparing estimates, marketing the company and creating a customized schedule.
• Forecast and analyze construction costs.
• Supervise, develop and manage other safety professionals under their area of responsibility to ensure the effective administration of the project/company accident prevention efforts.
• Acquire and manage all building permits and other regulatory prerequisites.
• Project budget management
• Development and management of all project documentation
• Monthly Reconciliation reporting to senior management
• Manage project closeout process to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Proficient in English, Azeri languages
• 10 years of experience in construction management of big projects
• Excellent computer skills, including AutoCAD
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
• Strong analytic skills in evaluating situations
• Extensive knowledge of Construction Safety Orders
