Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions, supported by technical documentation.
• Provide technical data during the project initiation phase and address any discrepancies between plans and field conditions.
• Ensure feasibility of installations, technical service compatibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Continuously update engineering documents and verify material orders throughout the project.
• Prepare technical parts of tender documents during the sales phase and participate as a technical expert in customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Mitigate technical errors and quality issues by taking appropriate measures.
• Participate in internal training sessions, contribute to the engineering knowledge base, and share expertise with the team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
• Initial-level engineering and project experience
• Proficiency in engineering software.
• Strong ability to prepare, analyze, and present technical documentation.
• Effective collaboration skills with sales and project teams.
• Understanding of local regulatory frameworks, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a technical level.
• Leadership and team management skills (a plus).

Location: AGA Business Center, Baku, Azerbaijan
Job Type: Full-time
Work schedule: 5 / 7; 9:00-18:00
