Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, evaluate, and respond to new client inquiries, aiming to convert them into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including digital, creative, and strategy, to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative marketing solutions.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the brands' goals and objectives.
- Manage and grow online community presence across various platforms.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.
- Monitor and respond to community members' inquiries, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, account management, community management, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and social media engagement tactics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and online communities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client and community needs.
