About the Position:
We are currently seeking a talented, dynamic, and motivated Secondary Russian language teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in school settings, a strong command of the Russian language, and expertise in delivering the IB DP programs.
Requirements are as follows:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Russian language teaching
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience preferably in an IB school
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and others
- Ability to differentiate instruction for all learners
- Excellent knowledge of computer office standard applications, especially familiarity with Google and G suite and integrating technology into the classroom to increase learning
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team
- Ability to communicate fluently verbally and in writing in Azerbaijan Language, Russian, and English.

CVs will be shortlisted based on a candidate’s work experience and meeting the requirements. Successful candidates will be interviewed.
Candidates who have passed the second stage will be asked to present a demonstration lesson to show their abilities in modern teaching/learning methods and technologies.
