Position: Product manager for Caucasus cluster
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Work scope:
• Full responsibility for the brand strategy development and its implementation across all the activities
• Generate new product and commercial ideas to increase the value of the product based on insight driven customer needs
• Ensure timely delivery of any product initiates with the full support from all functions
• Lead annual business planning process to define brand targets, develop annual plan and ensure flawless execution of strategies
• Track brand performance measures (sales, P&L, A&P, market share, customer performance, key initiatives, KPI's etc) and to take actions to overcome issues
• Evaluate results and cost effectiveness of all marketing activities and communicate learnings across the organization
• Track competitor activity and use the insights to build marketing strategies
• Optimize brand A&P allocation and phasing within the given budget to maximize sales and ROI
• To develop all materials related to the product promotion (KOL's, SF materials, HCP's and Pharmacist information)
Requirements:
• Higher Medical and/or Business degree
• FluentRussianandEnglish
• Marketing experience with RX products at least 3 years, sales experience as plus
• Marketing background must include experience of brand management, campaign development and new product launches
Professional skills:
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Good analytical skills and strategic thinking, P&L management, sales forecasting, market analysis
• Needs to demonstrate strong cross functional, cross-agency and project management expertise
