Position title: Finance Support Specialist Caucasus
Location: Baku
Scope of responsibilities:
Internal Control:
• Create and implement new policies, procedures and work flows for assuring the proper functioning of Internal Control within the Organization.
• Ensure effective communication of new policies, procedures, work flows, enhancing the internal control to all employees with the subsequent follow-up.
• Identify and analyze the relevant risks to achieving the entity’s objectives and propose related action plan to management.
• Assess regularly internal control and follow-up of internal and external audit recommendations and other checks.
Procurement:
• Ensure that purchasing process response to ethical charter, corporate and local purchasing procedures at each step, procurement guidelines and all other relevant procedure.
• Create or update (if needed) local Purchasing procedure accordingly to internal or external changes.
• Ensure adequate support in coordination with corporate purchasing.
• Position the affiliate key priorities, like: cost reduction, sourcing and procurement process compliance, coverage of new spends, risk management, customer orientation.
• Implement Key Performance Indicators and follow up.
Other:
• Maintain the affiliate’s vendors’ database
• Conduct Due Diligence of vendors/suppliers
• Ensure sound signed contracts, and maintenance of contract database.
Requirements:
• University degree in business, finance, economics or related field;
• Minimum of 3 years job related experience in financial environment; experience in an international company is an advantage

• Knowledge of languages: Russian, English – fluent
• PC skills: MS Office (MS Excel – advanced level)
