Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accounting transactions, record payroll entries, and maintain payroll records for company employees.
  • Ensure payroll processing complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to state agencies as required.
  • Identify payroll-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Collect, calculate, and update payroll data regularly to maintain accurate records.
  • Process employee expense reports and allocate expenses based on company budget cost line items.
  • Manage sick leave processing through the online portal and track payment progress. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll accounting, finance, or a similar role.
  • Advanced written and spoken Azerbaijani and English languages.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to internal client service, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing while aligning with Deloitte’s vision and objectives.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll errors.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
