Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Assess students’ language abilities through assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback to guide their progress.
• Monitor student attendance, progress, and participation, and maintain accurate records of their performance.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent English language teaching certification.
• Proven experience as an English Instructor, preferably with experience in teaching exam preparation courses.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and resources.
