Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (CIDC) Baku LLC is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 

We are currently looking for Export Sales Manager to join our Company.

The duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Developing and managing the annual export strategy
• Increasing Caspian Region market presence and increasing sales through effective distribution and customer strategies in identified markets
• Providing regular Export Management Reports
• Maintaining and Negotiating distributor terms and relationships
• Establishing appropriate pricing models in all chosen Caspian Region markets
• Providing training to international distributors to maintain the highest quality standards for the product overseas
• Managing and processing all international orders
• Coordinating the logistics and freight for international orders
• Follow our business practices, operational procedures, cost controls, customer service and attention to detail
• All areas of duties are to be handled/maintained to a best in class standard and all matters are addressed and resolved as soon as possible
• Reviews export shipment information and researches part specification when applicable.
• Determine priority of shipments.

Requirements and skills for this position:

• University degree in BA or Marketing
• Sales experience (relevant export experience in Caspian Region is preferable) with FMCG and big retail chains at least 3 years
• Self starting person, taking responsibilities and initiatives
• Deliver high quality and ultimate work
• High standard use of MS Office applications
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
• Outstanding Communication, and Negotiation skills
• Understand the basic business policies
• Being good at report preparations, and data analysis work
