The working hours in the office: 9.00 to 18.00 including 1 hour lunch break

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
Azerbaijani and English languages, good knowledge of English is must
Strong analytical skills
Ability to acquire new skills in short terms
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Good knowledge of 1C

Experience in the accounting and finance is preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the receipt of invoices and dues, the processing of payments and applications (Mbr), the collection of late dues and the management of the bank account.
Responsible for ensuring that statistics are maintained on membership numbers, attendance, payments, number of members by sector, events and attendance versus cost.
Responsible for recording the existence and depreciation of all fixed assets.
Responsible for the appropriate creation and storage of all financial records and reports.
Responsible for the processing and paying of all taxes and the preparation of tax and other reports in accordance with legislation.
Processes the monthly payroll in accordance with legislation.
Assists Deputy Director or work colleagues in any other job related duties as required.
