Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing contract terms and conditions making sure that they comply with state laws and company policies;
- Assisting management and head personnel in interpreting contract terms and conditions;
- Maintaining and managing contract database;
- Preparation of legal documents according to company needs;
- Keeping up to date with changing legislation;
- Negotiating deals on behalf of the company;
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Law;
- Knowledge of the corporate law;
- Proficient in English ;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Self-motivated individual with good analytical and managerial skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- A critical thinker and good problem-solving ability;
- Ability to work individually or in a team;
