Position title: Senior Legal Specialist

Reports to: COO of Holding

Schedule/Location: 5/2, Baku Azerbaijan

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Consults with management to coordinate and implement policies and procedures, special projects, track and trend of results.
• Provides legal direction for all procedures
• Monitors and advises regional Lawyers
• Analyses legal implications of new projects, investments, alliances and any other strategic initiatives to ensure that all legal risks are identified and the Organization interests are safeguarded from legal and commercial perspectives.
• Settling disputes and supervising any agreements
• Analyzing legal documents
• Drafting & negotiating all legal documents for a range of KTIB Holding
• Advising on commercial contracts and agreements, company law and corporate compliance.
•  Planning and organizing workloads in order to meet business priorities.
•  Managing the commercial and intellectual property aspects in due diligence.
•  Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations.
•  Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third party suppliers.
•  Educating and advising internal departments around legal requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Law Education
• Not Less   than 3-5 years of work experience.
• Excellent  Azeri, English, Russian  verbal communication and written skills
