• Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008,2012 Installation/Troubleshooting
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Knowledgeable on Network/VPN and Storage Hardware as well as of RAID based storage (NAS, DAS)
• Knowledge Security and Industry Best Practices
• Experience with performance measurement
• Has basic project management skills
• Excellent English language skills

Duties

• working hours 9:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
• Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
• Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information
• Answering technical queries and assisting users.
• Responsibility for security.
• Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems.
• System performance tuning.
• Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
• Configuring, adding, and deleting file systems.
