Job Purpose

• Sales Manager in industrial field
• Promote and brand towards becoming a domestic player in this market
• Prepare quotations and proposals at the Enquiry Stage for Industrial cables/cable sets

Principle Accountabilities

• Dialogue with assigned customers building a successful and aligned strategy
• Create value for the customer
• Manage customer requirements
• Identify and Communicate priorities from market or customers to R&D, Sales Support and Logistic
• Represent company in discussions and workshops with Customers including making presentations to customers
• A part of the industrial team
• Able to analyze and identify the customers’ needs as a part of the supply chain
• Negotiations on all levels
• The position will collaborate with customers and industry partners and will be supported by an experienced team of internal experts
• Deep knowledge of own forecast, turnover, contribution margins, order intake, back-log positions and on top of actions accordingly
• Interface with  Sales Support, Product Management and Logistics to clarify customer requirements before quoting or requiring purchasing needs
• Responsible for forecasting activity with own product areas
• Meet and liaise with the Customers’ representatives at all stages of the enquiry and contract
• Ensure that all calculation and assessment procedures comply with company guidelines
• Proactive in cost reduction and optimization with customers

The right approach:

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Customer oriented with a high degree of business acumen
• Logical and structured thinking working with processes and process optimization
• Good prioritization and follow-up about the issues on-going/pending
• Good communication skills and able to give clear directions, feedback and address important issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English
• Age 30+
