HVAC  Engineer

Job description

- Perform audit on all HVAC system and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all log books and manage all change processes and resolve all issues.
- Lead the development of design and construction documents, including flow diagrams, plans and sections, details, specifications, equipment schedules, and calculations.
- Size and specify mechanical equipment, including air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, etc.
-  Coordinate with other technical staff including site civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and architectural.
- Permanent position for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to manage HVAC system design and commissioning projects.
- Project development, project management, field engineering, and commissioning related duties.
- Design and specification of systems including, but not limited to: control systems and instrumentation, air distribution systems, central cooling plants including centrifugal chillers, water and air cooled screw chillers, scroll chillers, cooling towers, CHW/CW distribution pumping, Central boiler/cogen plants including fire tube boilers, water tube boilers, condensing boilers, reciprocating engines, gas turbines, HRSGs, hot water distribution, steam distribution
- Involved in developing and managing energy conservation projects.
- Position will require frequent on-site visits to local client sites.
- Position is with a growing provider of HVAC systems design and energy engineering services.
- Coordinate with in-house construction personnel for Design-Build projects.
- Ensure that cost, customer service, quality, schedule and safety are incorporated into the design from commencement through completion.
- Address questions and issues during construction.
- Providing start-up assistance as required.
-  Proactively working on best practices, engineering guidelines and internal procedures. Maintaining internal and external networks to be informed of new developments in the site
- Coach and develop less experienced staff
- Work schedule: 6 days in a week, from 08.00 till 17.00

Requirements

- Higher education (HVAC engineer )
- Fluent written and spoken English, Azerbaijani
- Should read drawings 
- Knowledge of relevant industry Codes and Standards
- Minimum 3 years experience in international construction projects
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Archicad)
- Able to prepare reports

Salary 1500-2000 azn
