CCW Ceremonies and Venue Manager

Purpose

To plan, co-ordinate and contract manage Catering, Cleaning and Waste contractors to deliver Ceremonies multi – serviced level CCW requirements. In addition Venue contract management in Village Cluster.
 
Key accountabilities
 
• Support procurement FA in scoping ,ensuring best value through evaluating CCW contractors for various packages
• Plan, support and coordinate contractors to deliver as per obligations within RFP for Ceremonies and Venues.
• Develop key operating and design principles which will apply to all contractors and venues
• Ensure CCW standards level are adhered to throughout the pre-Games and Games period
• Financial accountability for all contractors to deliver within agreed budget
• Manage and innovate a team of managers and volunteers to deliver within the 6 core values

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
 
• An extensive ceremonies experience in large Global events.
• Understanding of service levels requirement for multi – services for various client groups for Ceremonies..
• At least 5 years’ experience within large event or corporate environment within CCW at a Senior level
• Demonstrate experienced of  ‘Contractor Management ‘or a strong understanding  of ‘Contractor Management’
• Capable of managing client expectation especially ceremonies.
• Understanding of HACCP and H&S
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• BSc/HND/ or equivalent.
