Route Scheduling and Rostering Manager
Purpose
Manages the buses routes scheduling, rostering and real time routing monitoring system.
Key accountabilities
• Compile the overall Routing Schedule
• Compile the specifications of the required Scheduling and Rostering system for Coaches and drivers.
• Games time she/he is responsible for managing the necessary Re-scheduling and Re-rostering process accordingly revised needs and demands.
• Ensure, by liaising with HR, the on time recruitment and training of the support staff, as required.
• Professionally represent the Athletes Transport System function in cross-functional planning meetings of relevant level and as required
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
• 3+ year experience in Scheduling and Rostering Coaches and Drivers in previous Games of equal or higher scale and intensity as Baku 2015 European Games, and/ or in a large scale’s Passengers Transportation companies.
• Graduate level education
• Fluent in English language
• Good communications skills
• Computer literate (Words, Power Point and Excel)
