International Oil and Gas Services Company is hiring for the position of Project Coordinator.

Job description

The main duties of the successful candidate will be:
 
• Coordination of onshore Installation & Commissioning project activities:
- Tracking of Project deliveries through to receipt at the onshore base
- Creation of work order routings for onshore SRT works upon receipt of equipment
- Demand planning for tooling maintenance (PPM / RGR) in collaboration with relevant Asset Management / Life of Field team
- Ensure works are administrated correctly in SAP and document control procedures are adhered to
- Ensure an accurate inventory of customer property is maintained
- Ensure equipment ‘need by’ dates are met to support the operational schedule
- Coordinate logistics for equipment load outs and backloads.
• Drive the demand for goods & services;
• Administrate Installation & Commissioning data and equipment handovers into the Asset Management cycle.
 
Requirements

• Extensive background in purchasing, supply chain, planning / scheduling, or similar Coordination role. Relevant degree qualification preferred but not essential;
• Upstream Oil & Gas industry awareness and experience;
• Excellent planning, organizational & administration skills;
• Experience of working with SAP;
• Strong communication & inter-personal skills;
• Highly computer literate.
