Job Title: Ticketing Data Manager

Key accountabilities:

Pre-Games Services

• Assist in the organisation and implementation of the Ticketing programme by securing and managing accurate numbers for sport sessions, venue capacities and seat map details
• Update and maintain Ticketing database to assist  operational planning
• Ticketing quota management
• Ensure the dissemination of requested information in a timely and consistent manner to all relevant functions (Marketing, Communications, Event Services, Venue Management, Security, Finance and Executive Management) as requested
• Support the planning, organization and delivery of Test Events and Games time operations
•Extract and manage a full range of reports with necessary data on sales, availability, statistics, etc.
•Evaluation and analysis of results in terms of efficiency of the ongoing ticketing operations in order to maximise the final results
• Responsible for the management of system-databases integration

Games-Time Services

•Support the Ticketing Sales and Operations staff by monitoring and analysing the gathered data
•Provide support and issue resolution to the Main Operation and Crisis management centre as part of the centralized management services offered to all client groups
• Manage full reporting system with statistical data provision and final reconciliation

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required:

• Experience supporting senior management and in implementing projects at a high level with a strong attention to detail
• Experience of working in Games operations is essential
• A track record of working in a multi-cultural team effectively
• University degree or equivalent
• Able to think strategically and analyse ticketing data
• Excellent IT and excel skills and excellent knowledge of ticketing system
• Knowledge of the Games operations
• Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience of working in an environment that deals with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
• Strong ability to maintain working relationships with other internal departments
• Displays the highest levels of integrity and commitment
• Demonstrates an ability to deliver excellent results whilst under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic department
