Responsibilities:

  • Define the product mandate, develop the strategy, and establish the deployment plan.
  • Listen to stakeholders to understand their needs and requests.
  • Prioritize functionalities and formulate hypotheses based on stakeholder input.
  • Ensure the product aligns with user and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze and validate requirements and specifications to ensure they are met.
  • Guide and motivate product team members.
  • Provide feedback and comments, and promote collaborative working practices.
  • Monitor the development process and provide updates on progress and deadlines.
  • Identify gaps and risks, and find solutions to address them.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies to inform product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and understand their needs.
  • Knowledge of development processes and technical specifications.
  • Ability to propose new ideas and innovative solutions.
  • A responsible approach to work and team commitments.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
