Job Title: HR Coordinator

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Deliver a comprehensive HR services;
• Managing HR budgets and Administration issues;
• Implementation of new HR Policy & Procedures;
• To participate in the preparations headcount plans, human resources and related items budget and analyze and report monthly budget and actual comparisons;
• Employee Relations: managing absence, disciplinary actions, grievances and sickness;
• Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement;
• To prepare and update roles & responsibilities (Job Descriptions) according to business needs;
• To work in coordination with consultants / service providers such as lawyer, auditors, ERP consultants, etc.;
• Lead Registration/Termination issues in the company;
• Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training; Develop New Hires Induction;
• Performance reviews and evaluations; compensation and benefits administration;
• Compiling and dealing with employee contracts and amendments;
• Verifying payroll changes with computer printout;
• Visa/Police Registration of Ex-pat employees;
• Obtaining Foreign Visas for company employees;
• Dealing with Survival, Offshore Medical and other Certificates; employee orientation, development, and training;
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;

Requirements:

• University degree in Management or HR
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in HR Management and Development
• Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English, verbal and written
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong understanding of employment law

Salary: 2000.00 AZN (gross).
