PROCUREMENT, LOGISTICS and ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

 Manages relationships with overseas suppliers and domestic production, distribution center and customer service departments,
 Plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates the procurement activities of the company,
 Evaluates cost and quality of finished goods,
 Ensures proper management of company inventory,
 Negotiates, prepares and manages procurement contracts including analyzing quotations and bids,
 Builds relationships with suppliers, analyses price trends and makes recommendations on the timing quantity of purchases,
 Manages the terminal paper logistics, distribution, order of the products and day to day distribution activities,
 Manages and prepares Procurement, Logistics and Administration department budget; analyses and reports monthly budget and actual comparisons
 Manages and prepares periodically (monthly, quarterly and annually) Procurement, Logistics and Administration reports and presents them to the related parties,
 Develops, reviews, and approves new or improved administrative, purchasing, and clerical procedures to maintain cost effectiveness,
 Ensures the proper functioning of facilities (e.g. furniture, lighting, heating, fire extinguishers) and cleanliness of the building through continuous inspection and maintenance of the appropriate standards,
 Provides financial success and operational excellence according to corporate vision, keeping in mind the budget constraints

Skills and Experience Required

 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering,
 Hands-on work and people management experience in a similar position at multinational environment,
 Good level of financial understanding,
 Exhibits good communication skills and can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally,
 Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical thinking skills
 Flexible, proactive, cooperative, team player and self-starter
 Good reporting and presentation skills
 Excellent command of both written and spoken English
 Advanced in MS Office applications
