Job responsibilities:

• Assess internal systems for efficiency, identify problems and inaccuracies, create protocols for handling, processing and cleaning data
• Identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making
• Creating data source table views for development of dashboards
• Developing visual representations of data findings using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom-built dashboards
• Ensuring visualizations effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
• Compiling detailed statistical (daily, weekly, monthly) reports
• Communicating findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
• Design and build efficient reporting systems that minimize load times and maximize responsiveness
• Streamline data workflows and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency
• Designing, developing and integrating self-service and analytical BI interfaces

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant sphere
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• Intermediate experience in SQL/Python
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in complex formulas, pivot tables, dynamic dashboards and data analysis
• Intermediate skills in BI tools for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (Power BI/Tableau)
• Advanced Azerbaijani and proficiency in English language
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Exceptional critical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
