Broadcast Venue Integration Manager / Specialist

Key accountabilities Planning

Ensure effective information sharing and issue resolution with between BEGOC and the Host Broadcaster and Rights Holders on a venue level
Ensure effective and timely resolution of all Broadcast venue-specific issues
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Host Broadcaster venue team and the onsite Rights Holders; act as BEGOC’s primary liaison with the Host Broadcaster at venue
Record, follow up and resolve venue issues between the Host Broadcaster and BEGOC. 
Regularly communicate, formally and informally, to the Venue Managers and team, the broadcast venue requirements.
Communicate and track venue based issues between our Host Broadcaster and BEGOG
Work with Press to coordinate venue facilities used for media
Delivery
Provide support to the Host Broadcasting team as they come on board and venuize with the venue team.
Ensure delivery of broadcast infrastructure and venue based services to the broadcasters as per agreed service levels.
Provide effective facilitation and resolution to venue issues and inconsistencies between the Host Broadcaster and Rights holders and BEGOC.

You may also be required to carry out additional or other duties, or to transfer to another post on either a temporary or permanent basis, to meet the needs of the business.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required Experience and Knowledge

Experience working with broadcast operations  desirable
Experience in the planning and delivery of a major multi-sport event would be an advantage
Proven project coordination experience
Successful track record in managing and facilitating problem resolution
Experience in venue development or fit out would be an advantage.
