Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in placing and tracking purchase orders.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new product trends and supplier options.
  • Help manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment strategies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of purchasing activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize procurement processes.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to converse/write in: English and Russian
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
