Position: Administrative Officer (SAP Clerk)
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Higher education in economics or humanitarian
Work Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent)
Other skills/Certificates Required:
Good practical skills and knowledge of MS Office programmes.
Good teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
Tasks:
• Realise the process as purchase of material, services related to HRO & ICT and etc. on the SAP;
• Develop and maintain material master, vendor master, source list, info records, service master;
• Prepare purchase requisitions, RFQ, contracts, orders, invoices and etc.;
• Coordinate the technical activities with various Project Functions and Project Procurement Manager;
• Guarantee data uploading in the dedicated Information Systems;
• Be fluent in standard software for PC such as MS Office;
• General administrative and clerical support;
• Support core processes and activities providing efficient and quality clerical services and control data inputting;
• Assist in preparing and managing all type of documentation as required;
• Archive paper and electronic documentation as required.
