CTR (Cost, Time, Resource) Administrator
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduate – Technical Background
Years of Working Experience: Min 2-3 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry.
Knowledge of Languages: English (advanced), Azerbaijani (advanced).
Other Skills/Certificates Required:
- Capability to understand commercial contracts in all parts;
- Project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control techniques;
- Capability to prepare reporting documents according to Company Standards and Project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Tasks:
• Support the Organization and Logistic analysis of the specific project, as well as the analysis of all involved Entities;
• Issue Vessel Upgrades CTR, TSR, VOR-s to Client based on project requirements, preparation of proposal presentation to Client; Collection of relevant feedback, quotes, SOW's, drawings etc.;
• Full participation in requisitioning process for vessel upgrades activities;
• Participation in Project Financial close-outs;
• Support Assets Department upon project requirements and current workload.
