Our Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing Management,Business, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in UX/UI design are preferred.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages
Knowledge of MS Office package
Ability to understand the brand's vision & lead high-performing marketing strategy
Experience with design software such as Figma, Adobe XD,Photoshop (preferably), Adobe Illustrator (preferably) and etc.
Experience with Client Journeys, Channels & Funnels

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all UX/UI design elements.
Provide UX/UI design goals and objectives that align with the overall business objectives.
Lead and execute the process of creating a design system.
Lead and create the process of creating internal web/app and channels design
Create branding for startups (roll up, visit card, flier, pitch deck, content templates and s.)
Create UX/UI kit for assets
Analysis and research best practice of UX/UI for all assets
Consulting existing web and app design of startups
Conduct user research

Excellent Leadership skills;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
