Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 1C Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including successful project implementations and system customizations;

• Proficient in 1C software configuration, including but not limited to 1C: Enterprise and related modules (e.g., 1C:Accounting, 1C:Inventory, 1C: Sales etc.);

• Strong knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) programs and their integration with 1C solutions, demonstrating the ability to streamline business processes;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficiency in both English and Russian, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and provide support in both languages;

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a track record of effectively resolving complex technical issues and conveying solutions to non-technical stakeholders;

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within 1C and ERP systems.
