Finance Controller

The Main responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights
• Analyze company costs to ensure efficiency.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
• Monitor and manage company spending.
• Forecast financial performance and budget needs.
• Ensure budget adherence across all departments.
• Conduct market research to support financial planning.
• Analyze market trends and their impact on the company’s finances.
• Present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Provide financial insights to support long-term business goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Standardize and implement of the operational process for cost control.
• Implementing an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Input into the financial reporting field 
   

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance qualification (MBA is an advantage)
• Certification of ACCA (F7 or DipIFR) , CFA, CIMA is a big advantage
• Min 7 years relevant experience in relevant field, 3 years in a senior position (Work experience in big 4 companies is an advantage)
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
• Proficiency with financial software and systems
• Good knowledge of the English language, Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working conditions:

• Employment agreement in accordance with the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Job Location: Heydar Aliyev International Airport
• Work schedule: Full time, 5 days per week, 2 Days off 
• Availability of service transportation from the metro station.
