Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, control, management processes and governance processes within the company and its projects
Assess business processes in the company's structural divisions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Create and maintain risk registers, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and develop detailed risk mapping to prioritize relevant risks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the operational risk management framework, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Collect data on risk indicators, perform analyses, and prepare necessary reports.
Investigate and analyze operational risk incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in operational risk management practices.
Assess the effectiveness of financial controls and identify potential operational risks within financial processes.
Evaluate and enhance internal control systems to ensure robust governance and compliance.
Requirements:
Education in business administration, economics, finance, or in any other related field
Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is a big plus.
4-5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies and risk mitigation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices in operational risk management.
