Major responsibilities:

  • Define potential and current customer groups, establishment of business relations with them
  • Collection of customer database, ensuring continuous updating of that database
  • Conducting customer visits, preparing status reports for customers
  • Determining customer needs, preparing business proposals according to needs
  • Negotiating with clients, signing contracts
  • Making proposals for the creation of new products suitable for sale
  • To ensure receipt of orders, delivery and collection of payments
  • To work as a team with other team members for the performance of duties

Main requirements:

  • Having corporate/B2B sales experience
  • Higher education, 25-39 years old, male or female
  • Availability of a private vehicle
  • Knowledge of corporate and individual procurement processes
  • Customer orientation, listening and persuasion skills
  • Fluent communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian are a must, English is desirable

Salary composition:

  • 2500 azn net salary including:
  • fixed base salary
  • sales based performance bonus
  • fuel and depreciation costs
  • medical insurance
