Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC Baku LLC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 
 
We are currently seeking Head of HR Department to join the Company.

The duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Monitor and improve human resources system that complies with organizational business objectives.
• Work closely with senior and line managers, providing them with professional guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities
• Ensure that staff are informed and updated on key business and organisational issues.
• Identify legal requirements and regulations that affect Human Resource function.
• Update policies and procedures, and education managers regarding compliance accordingly.
• Plan and monitor Performance Development Plan and annual performance review. Train Line Managers and Supervisors on PDP system, and coach them accordingly.
• Responsible for recruitment and retention of staff. Employee engagement. Induction for new staff members, and training. Responsible for pre-screening and background investigation of new staff members. Work with Line Managers to identify staffing needs, and identify hiring potentials based on budget.
• Preparation and implementation of employee`s Handbook
• Responsible for Human Resources budget, including establishing annual HR budget and identifying budgetary needs and reporting to Senior Management.
• Analyze wage and salary reports; create a comprehensive and competitive compensation industry specific.
• Employee relations, counseling and disciplining employees. Terminations, providing exit interviews.

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in HR Management and Development
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in HR Management
• Excellent language skills: Azeri, English and Russian
• Knowledge of Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic and relevant HR legislation
• High standard use of MS Office applications
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
