AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Nationalisation Administrator (National).

The successful candidates should have:

• Previous experience in HR / Training / Learning & Development function-minimum 3 years;
• Previous experience of working in western company would be beneficial;
• Must be Computer literate, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs   (Word, Excel, Access);
• Hold relevant qualifications(University graduate);
• Advanced knowledge of English and Azerbaijani languages (spoken and written);
• Strong analytical, interpersonal & organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Carry out duties in compliance with the Project Quality Management System;
• Update personnel listings relating to ECMS Project employed personnel, recruitment, promotion, and attrition;
• Provide administrative assistance where possible during monthly progress reporting;
• Provide administrative assistance for arranging and conducting monthly progress meetings with HODs;
• Provide administrative assistance for the completion of competency assessments, individual development plans, and implementation of the personnel  assessment and mentoring systems;
• Maintain filing systems and support data archiving;
• Upload personnel requisitions to AMEC personnel recruitment system;
• Provide assistance to produce content for corporate presentations;
• Provide administrative assistance during AMEC nationalisation peer reviews;
• To work as part of HR team;
• To maintain administrative support to the L&D function for the Caspian region and ATA Consortium;
• To provide a professional administrative function, aiding to smooth administration of the CDCA program;
• Participate and contribute in all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) campaigns, initiatives and safety meeting, as required.
