T-All Baku South Hub
Key Responsibilities
• Compile all data for the implementation of the Transport Hub
• Prepare the operational plan for all aspects and phases (pre-Games and during Games) for the Baku South Hub
• Plan and prepare all written material such as, reports, Concept of Operations, Transport Operations Plan, as well as workbooks, charts, time tables, etc.
• Compile all specifications of required Hub lay out with the Transport facilities, systems, equipment for its sourcing and deployment
• Professionally represent the Transport Department in cross-functional meetings
• Professionally represent BEGOC and the Client Transport Service function in front of the Games client groups (including the European Games family)
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
• Fleet Management
• Depot and Transport operations
• Fluent in English language
• Graduate level education
• Computer literate (Words, Excel, Power Point)
