T-A System (Scheduling/Rostering) Control Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare the database (routes, competition and training schedule, number of participants, frequencies etc) for the Scheduling and Rostering System based on the demand
• Schedule coaches’ itineraries and drivers Shifts, according to the demand
• Monitor Busses and handle potential changes, delays or/and new demands on the daily transportation program.
• Ensure, by liaising with HR, the on time recruitment of Scheduling and Rostering Controllers as required.
• Professionally represent the Athletes Transport System function in cross-functional planning meetings of relevant level and as required.
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
• 3+ year experience in Passengers Transportation Systems.
• Graduate level education
• Fluent in English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very well organised and capable to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively and establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
