Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Plan marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Manage new product launches and create go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to gather consumer insights and assess brand performance.
- Manage the marketing budget, monitor financial performance and evaluate effectiveness.
- Maintain brand guidelines and standards.
- Develop strategic and operational plans, managing execution and measuring results.
Requirements:
- Diploma of higher education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration; MBA or a master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role within the FMCG sector.
- Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English - excellent, Russian - preferrable
- Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
