STP is a pioneer in the establishment of various Technological Parks in the region, is also a complex of plants qualified in different manufactures. STP is a unique project in the region capable to satisfy the requirements of domestic market as well as foreign market. More than 4500 people are currently employed in the production and construction-installation fields of the organization. After the launch of all planned plants, 10000 people more is expected to be employed that it will help to improve living standards.

Job objectives:

Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, supply of beverage and stationary, office maintaining Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and guests of Company, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs;
• Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet, mail room: dispatch/receipt;
• Research, analysis and  ongoing work and communication with various suppliers of various services and solutions for administrative and office needs;
• Material and technical support of meetings, presentations, trainings and other events;
• Responding to employees enquiries and complaints regarding office needs;
• Various administrative assignments and tasks in regards of office;
• Ensuring of necessary conditions of work (cleaning, lighting, temperature control and etc.);
• Ensuring and maintaining of office equipment (photocopiers, fax machines, phone systems and etc.) in readiness for operation,  responding and implementation of requests for new additional equipment;
• Inventory management: maintain and replenish inventory, ordering all the supplies of stationery and equipment needed to run an efficient and professional office, keeping track of when supplies are running low, and making sure goods are ordered before they run out;
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 1 year of the previous office management experience;
• MS Windows/World /Excel experienced user;
• Well developed planning, good communication, organizing and decision making skills;
• Strong problem analysis, assessment and solving skills;
• Good working knowledge of current office equipment and procedures;
• Azerbaijan, English, Russian languages fluently speaking;
