Duties and Responsibilities:

●Responsible for the implementation of company product/solution sales;
●Establish stable relationships with existing customers, increase new customer base;
●Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning;
●Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings;
●Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote company itself, company products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers;
●Prepare and execute promotional campaigns. Maintain good relationship with the public media including local advertising firms and national magazines and e-news papers.
●Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
●In case of need to represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
●Together with “New product and services development” experts to evaluate the aspects of new products/services development, such as market need, sales forecasting, budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections;
●Identify and evaluate domestic marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Review and analyze competitors on domestic market, difference between competitors and working company;
 
Requirements:

Work experience- 3-5 years  in this area
Education- minimum bachelor 
Essential skills and knowledge- IT equipment knowledge, customer relationship basics, presentation skills, computer knowledge and business skills.
Languages – fluent in English, Azeri, Russian
●Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills;
●Ability to motivate others and inspire them to work with dedication;
●Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
●Experience in writing media releases, articles and externally focused communications for a range of audiences;
●Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems;
 
Salary: 800-2000 AZN
