LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
To make stock control of the game materials,
To define quantity of game materials considering former game periods,
To provide seamlessly production and distribution process of the game materials,
To make temporarily purchasing requests considering the estimated needs,
To prepare dealer needs list and forward it to the production and distribution companies,
To prepare the necessary reporting of the used and distributed materials by company and dealer,
To respond immediately to the calls coming from Call Center,
To prepare logistics purchases and make the monthly actual forecasted budget comparisons,
To ensure the warehouse counts and control of suppliers and do the necessary reporting,
To manage and prepare periodically (monthly, quarterly and annually) logistics and distribution reports,
To participate in the preparation of logistics and distribution budget; analyse and report monthly budget and
actual comparisons.
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,
Hands-on work experience in a similar position,
Basic level of logistics and distribution process understanding,
Exhibits good communication skills and can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally,
Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical thinking skills
Commercial attitude and desire,
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English (Russian preferable)
Good command of MS Office applications,
