Position: Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop annual marketing plans and budgets and lead the execution of the marketing efforts;
• Manage annual expense budgets to run all marketing, publicity, sales and graphic design efforts and operations;
• Work collaboratively with local management team, Global Group VTB to ensure that marketing is strategic, coordinated and effective;
• Ensure a clear and accurate interpretation of the organization’s vision and direction;
• Create an overall marketing strategy that increases the public visibility of the organization and elevates awareness;
• Ensure consistent communication of image, brand and position externally and internally;
• Serve as media relations contact for the organization, corresponding and building relationships with press contacts;
• Supervise planning, implementation and writing of press releases, medial alerts and public service announcements, create and distribute press kits and coordinate press conferences as appropriate;
• Create, design, enhance and/or produce all digital and printed marketing and promotional materials including videos, web content, annual reports, e-newsletters, brochures, flyers, etc.;
• Increase company’s presence on social networking websites maximizing its internet exposure;
• Ensure information is accurate and up to date on all third party websites;
• Coordinate and produce company’s annual events.
Qualifications:
• B.S. or higher degree in relevant fields (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration);
• 3 to 5 years of significant experience in marketing and PR in local Bank;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and internet research;
• Strong project management, organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultanesly with optimal results;
• Ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills;
• Self-motivated, creative and detail oriented;
• Fluent in Russian and Azeri; English is preferred.
