Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in tracking sales activities and performance.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate offers and quotations for customers.
  • Ensure all offers comply with company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and after-sales service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Manage correspondence and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service or a related role.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
