Job Title Project Manager   

Key accountabilities

• Function and Venue work planning: facilitate planning activity for Functions and Venue teams, ensure accurate definition of scope, lead the development of work breakdown structures with appropriate estimation of resource and schedule   
• Risk and issue management: undertake daily risk/issue identification, response planning and resolution       
• Project communications: support, and where required lead, the dissemination of project communications across teams and management of the organising committee       
• Readiness tracking: identify and document readiness objectives and cases, record case histories from the  

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required   

• A track record of successful project management and delivery of a wide range of complex projects at a senior level       
• Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)       
• Project Management certification from a recognised institution (e.g. PMI or PRINCE2)
• Familiarity with sports, entertainment and hospitality industry
